Our pizza is homemade from start to finish. Vincenzo, our head pizza chef, prepares his dough every day. He uses the finest Caputo pizza flour and yeast to produce his delicous thin-based Roman style pizza. The dough is prepared and portioned and then allowed to rise and settle overnight to produce the ideal pizza base. When it comes to preparing the base for cooking Vincenzo's skills come to the fore as he tosses the base in the air and then proceeds to spread his pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.
