Woodfired Pizza
In March of 2016 we introduced our latest generation Woodfired Oven with rotating plate, specially assembled for us by the manufacturers Pavesi in Modena, Italy. This cupola style wood burning oven cooks at very high temperatures with a constant supply of fresh air to produce a lighter healthier pizza! The difference is there to be seen and tasted. We have also added a whole meal base using a special flower produced by our friends in Le Marche, Molino Fasano.
